TVS Apache Series RTR is Now Available in all-new Matte Blue Shade

The home grown 2 wheeler giant TVS has launched a special Matt Blue edition for its Apache series in India. The shade looks perfect to the aggressive body design of the motorcycle and applies currently to the Apache 160, 180 and 180 ABS variants. This no doubt would not bring the heat of Apache 200 down but on the other side would be a nice refresh to those who wish to stay in the economical category.

As per the latest disclosure, the performance part of the Matt Blue edition has been kept the same as other respective variants of the Apache series. The Apache 160 still produces 15.2 BHP and 13.1 NM of torque from its 157.1 cc engine. Continuing on the same platform, the bigger 177.4 cc engine on the 180 (ABS and non-ABS both) produces 17.03 BHP and 15.5 NM of torque.

The most probable change would be in its price, which is expected to rise by INR 1,500-2,000 for the Matt Blue edition. The bike directly rivals the dual tone Gixxer, newly launched FZS shades and the upcoming CB Hornet 160R.

The Apache always get benefit with its lightweight body and high performance engines, with the new Matt Blue shade providing a boost in the visual pleasure too. The exact pricing has not yet been announced and is expected to be soon within the Apache lovers.
