MWC 2017: Sony Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra Announced

Sony recently announced two new updated entrants into the Xperia XA series with XA1 and XA 1 Ultra smartphones. The XA 1 is a 5 inch HD display smartphone while the XA1 Ultra is a 6 inch HD display smartphone. Both the phones are powered by Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P20 processors. Sony offers both models of the updated range with Android 7.0 Nougat update.

The XA 1 Ultra features a 23 megapixel rear camera with LED flash ( and hybrid autofocus ) with a 16 megapixel front camera. The XA on the other hand features same 23 mega-pixel camera with 8 mp front facing camera. The XA 1 has a 2300 mAh battery and the XA 1 Ultra has a 2700 mAh battery. Ultra weighs 188 gms while the XA 1 regular is 45 gms lighter at 143 gms.

The XA 1 regular comes with a 3GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory while the Ultra variant comes packed with a higher end 4GB RAM in two models of 32 GB and 64 GB internal storage. Both phones are available in WHite Black, Pink and Gold colors. The prices of both SOny Xperia phones have not been announced and are yet for a Spring 2017 launch.
