MV Agusta Official India Launch On May 11

Italian Motorcycle manufacturer will make an official entry into the Indian two-wheeler market on May 11. The inauguration event will take place in Pune where the company will reveal its bike portfolio for India, prices, other details, showroom locations etc. The comany will enter into a joint venture with Kinetic Group for the import and sales of MV Agusta superbikes. The joint-venture will go by the name “Motoroyale”.

The company has already started the bookings process. Initially, their portfolio will include the following motorcycles:

(i) The F4 RR

F4 RR is the range-topping litre-class motorcycle from MV Agusta powered by 998cc four cylinder mill producing a power of 200.8 horses @ 13,600 rpm, and a torque of 81.8 pound-feet at @ 9600 rpm. The motorcycle is available at introductory price of INR 35.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune).

(ii) The Brutale 1090

Designed by the iconic Italian motorcycle designer, Massimo Tamburini, the Brutale 1090 is powered by four-cylinder 1078cc engine churning out a power of 144 horses and a peak torque of 112 NM. The bike can achieve a top speed of 265 KMPH. The bike will be available at a price of INR 19.3 lacs (ex-showroom, Pune)

(iii) The F3 800

The F3 800 is 798cc sports-bike from the Italian two-wheeler company, highly admired for its aesthetic design. The superbike produces a power of 148 HP @ 13,000 RPM and a peak torque of 88 NM @ 10,600 RPM. The bike can hit a top speed of 269 KMPH. It is expected to be priced around INR 16 lacs (ex-showroom).

(iv) Brutale 800

The Brutale 800 naked bike is also expected to hit the Indian markets soon. It is powered by a Three cylinder, 4 stroke 798 cc engine producing 125 HP @ 11600 rpm and 81 NM @ 8600 rpm. The naked bike is expected to be priced around INR 14 lacs (ex-showroom).
