This year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed and Moving Motor Show weekend will have SUV from Maserati showcasing its speed and style to everyone. The SUV had made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show with the tag Levante. The car finally had hit the market last month at an event in London. The Levante which has been designed for both luxury and performance is Maserati’s first luxury SUV.
The Levante will be showcased at the Moving Motor Show pavilion and will run up the Goodwood’s 1.16-mile hillclimb in the ‘First Glance’ Class during the Festival of Speed. The Levante SUV has a 3.0 litre engine both for its petrol and diesel variants. The petrol engine has two states of tune out of which the first one delivers 350 hp and 500 Nm of torque and can go from 0 to 100 kmph in just 6 seconds. The other one produces 430 hp and 580 Nm of torque and can jump from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.2 seconds. The diesel engine is capable enough to produce a power output of 275 hp and 600 Nm of torque and sprint from 0-100 kmph in 6.9 seconds.
The Maserati Levante can hit the Indian roads by next year.
