Datsun Go+ launched in South Africa; sales began from August 31, 2016

The India made Datsun Go+ MPV has now made it to South African markets as well with sales already having begun from August 31, 2016. The MPV has been built at the Renault-Nissan Alliance plant in Oragadam near Chennai. This plant caters to the demand of 106 countries which includes Britain, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.

The Datsun Go+ has got a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine that can produce 67 BHP at 5000 rpm and 104 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
