According to the recent reports, Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS is going to make a comeback next year in the indian market next year.
Repoerts also suggest that Bajaj will re-launch the Pulsar 200 NS in mid January 2017 which is a pretty good news. The new version will come with BS-IV emission compliant engine and ABS. It is also said that the new Pulsar 200 NS will be available with new decals and a paintjob but as such there are no changes to the design.
The engine will comply with BS-IV emission norms. The bike will come with a 119.5 cc liquid cooled single cylinder engine which produces maximum power of 23 bhp and a torque of 18 Nm. Performance wise there is going to be no changes in the upgraded bike. 200 NS will come with a 6-speed transmission.
Bajaj is yet to release any official statement on the matter but it is said that it will have an extra safety feature with ABS. it is also said that the bike will borrow single-channel ABS from Bajaj Pulsar RS 200. The same 200 NS will also be available for international markets without any changes. The bikes will be manufactured at Bajaj’s plant at Chakan, Pune.
The bike had been previously withdrawn from production in 2015, although it was still exported to other markets. The bike production went to shortage and was constrained for a short period of time.
