Nokia might be back in the market buzz with it's latest android smartphone which is hugely awaited by fans worldwide. The Nokia phone goes by the name Nokia D1C will be unveiled at Mobile World Congress 2017. Rumor has it that it will be a mid budget smartphone priced at INr 10,000.
Although there have been many speculations about the phone in the past, the latest reports suggest that the phone will be available in two variants, the 2GB version priced at $150 ( Rs. 10,000 approx ) and the 3GB variant at $200 ( Rs. 13,000 approx ).
Some more information has been leaked on that front suggesting that the Nokia D1C will run on Snapdragon 430 CPU paired with Aderno 505 CPU. The smartphone will run on Android 7.0 Nougat and is expected to come in 5 inch display with 13 megapixel camera and 5.5 inch display with 16 megapixel rear camera option. The front camera is expected to be 8 megapixels, ideal for capturing videos and taking selfies.
To keep Nokia up and ahead in the market, Nokia has tied up with HMD Global with a 10 year agreement for smartphones and tablet production. The phone coming at a price of 10,000 and packed with such great specifications has great potential in a market like India where price positioning is so important. Both the companies expect to have a great run with this new tie up and promising products.
