Now that technology is an "in" thing and it dominates pretty much all the facets of our lives, it has become a harsh reality that we do not have time for our personal lives. We live in a day and age which is very demanding and takes a toll on us as family people. But also to ease out, there is an app for everything but nothing can buy you time for you loved ones.
And believe it or not there is a smartwatch named Tottori West Family Time Watch that keeps a check on how much time you are spending with your loved ones. The amazing feature on this wearable technology requires a smartphone to operate and a beacon for your children/parents/spouse and even pets. The smartwatch has been put out by Veldt A Tokyo based company. The product is a part of the programme to encourage relocation of the people to rural Tottori prefecture.

The government intends for people to move out of the overcrowded Tokyo sub urbans and relocate to Tottori as an attempt to improve their quality of living. The programme is set to provide a smartwatch to every family that takes up this plan. The beacons helps track the family time, for example even when a child is 30 metres in range of the person. The Government is using the smartwatch to make a point indicating how people will be having more family time as a result of moving out of overcrowded metroploitan.

The government assumes even in this case that such relocations will improve the economy of small towns and also prove to be relief for overcrowded cities. In the long this is a blancing out technique which also depends on local government policies. However this is a smart move given the fact that it is supported by the Japenese government. The western Territory of Japan is least densely populated area of Japan and Tokyo is most overcrowded with a population of 1.36 crores.
